Refund policy
At Zeltronic, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns. You may return an unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Damaged or defective items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working due to a manufacturing fault, contact us at support@zeltronic.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Change-of-mind returns. If you simply change your mind, the item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply to opened items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Manufacturer warranty. Many of our products (Sharp, TP-Link, and others) carry a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects beyond our return window. We're happy to help you connect with warranty service.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, in-ear products (earbuds, ear hooks) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are defective.
How to start a return.
- Email support@zeltronic.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, we'll issue an RMA number and the correct return address.
- Please do not ship anything back without a valid RMA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Because orders ship from our fulfillment centres in Laval (QC), Edmonton (AB), and Toronto (ON), the return address depends on where your order was dispatched. We'll provide the exact address with your RMA.
This policy does not affect your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
