Shipping policy

We ship across Canada — fast, and duty-free.

Where we ship. We deliver Canada-wide, from our fulfillment centres in Laval (QC), Edmonton (AB), and Toronto (ON). Your order ships from the centre closest to you whenever possible.

Processing time. Most in-stock orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days anywhere in Canada.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $140 CAD. Orders below $140 are charged real-time carrier rates shown at checkout.

No customs fees. Because we ship from within Canada, there are no duty or customs charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Tracking. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
